We finally got to use the Rite System timing tool in the class today found it to be very user friendly.
Your system is a very accurate much better than the old flower pot.

Fill your flower pot with dirt and plant a nice flower in it. ;-)

Hey Mike,
I ordered one of those RiteSystem Mag Timing Tools from Aircraft Spruce as you had suggested and couldn't be more pleased. What a great tool! I've already used it on a Beech A-36 and a Super Cub. My only regret is that I didn't invent it and I've been using this flower pot for so long.

Got the timing kit and used to re-time my rebuilt mags on my Tripacer. Worked like a charm, easy to set up and I timed my engine more accurate than I have ever been able to do it by lining up timing marks. When I started up the engine it fired up right away and I could tell immediately that by how smooth it ran that it was timed right on the money.

I just got my order. I'm very impressed with the quality and construction . Highly recommended over the old pointer unit I've been using for years. I love the case to keep it all together as I do mostly mobile maintenance. Great value !!!

Bought this set several months back--like it, works well. Sold all my old mad timing stuff at the aeromart at Oshkosh for $80.00.

I watched the video on your website and read the instructions as a quick review.
It was amazing how easy it was to get to TDC and go back the 25 degrees before TDC.
What a well designed product! It was a pleasure timing the mag to the engine (If you can imagine that).
